My family because they have always encouraged me to keep learning and pursue my goals while staying grounded, kind and compassionate.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I love spending time with family, playing with my dogs and traveling.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
As a family physician, I love being able to care for the whole family and build relationships and trust that grow over the years. I enjoy working with children because it is rewarding to be a part of their growth and development and have the opportunity to follow them as they grow into adulthood.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I strive to make every patient feel heard, respected and comfortable asking questions. I believe in shared decision making and building relationships on trust and open communication. As a family physician, I value the opportunity to care for patients and families long term and be a consistent partner throughout their health care journey.
